WHY?
With great power comes great responsibility. Thanks to the media reach of the ONEMANSHOW brand and our ability to engage a large audience on social media, we’ve decided to channel our energy into real help and raising awareness about issues that are often overlooked.
HOW?
Through managing the foundation, we aim not only to provide direct assistance but also to organize educational and preventive activities. With the help of videos, we highlight underrepresented topics and raise awareness around selected issues.
WHAT?
We direct financial resources where they are truly needed – from foundation projects to specific individual cases. Assistance is often highly individualized, and we approach each request with the same care to ensure the support goes to those who need it most.

Show
ONEMANSHOW is an original show produced for the Czech internet TV platform Stream.cz, with its first episode airing on November 30, 2008. The show is hosted and produced by Kamil Bartošek (Kazma Kazmitch), with Markus Krug serving as director and screenwriter.
Originally conceived as an unconventional talk show, ONEMANSHOW underwent a major transformation in 2015, shifting toward a reality-show format focused on elaborate, technically sophisticated pranks — always ending with a thought-provoking message.
In 2018, the show received three Gold Louskáček awards and the Grand Prix at the Creative Awards 2018, the most prestigious ceremony in the Czech advertising industry.
KAZMA
Kazma Kazmitch (real name Kamil Bartosek), is a Czech producer, screenwriter, content host and influencer. Since 2008, he has been the creator of the popular show ONEMANSHOW, which blends humor, provocation, and social experiments.
As a pioneer of online video content in the Czech Republic, he initially interviewed well-known personalities from the Czech show business scene and hosted radio shows. With the new generation of ONEMANSHOW, often focused on topics with a strong social message, he traveled around the world and gained a large fan base across both the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Adam has been serving as Executive Director of the OMS Foundation since 2021. His responsibilities include overseeing the foundation and its projects, planning and executing awareness campaigns, and managing both internal and external communications.
Natalie Bustova
Auditor
Natálie has been part of the OMS Foundation since early 2022. She oversees the proper functioning of the Board of Trustees and all internal processes, including the financial management of project support, awareness campaigns, and the foundation’s operations.
Martin Linhart
Video Director
Since the very beginning of the OMS Foundation’s activities, Marty has worked as the director, screenwriter, and cameraman for all story-based videos.

Awareness and educational activities focused on socially beneficial topics
We aim to use our media reach to shed light on issues that are often overlooked or unknown to the public. For example, Tourette’s syndrome became the most searched term on the Czech internet after our show aired.

Support and implementation of projects aimed at improving society and the world
We strive to collaborate with other foundations and non-profit organizations. We are able to communicate their message to the public and help it reach the right places.
Our Campaigns and Programs
ALS Awareness Campaign
In March 2020, alongside a new episode of ONEMANSHOW, we began supporting patients affected by ALS.
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive neuromuscular disease that affects motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord. When these neurons malfunction or die, the brain can no longer control muscles and their movement. The muscles gradually weaken and atrophy. There is currently no known cure for the disease; however, in recent years, science has made some key discoveries and intensive research continues.
In the following years, thanks to the ONEMANSHOW Foundation, we’ve helped many people suffering from this serious illness – both directly and indirectly. We supported the purchase of special communication devices that help patients cope, at least partially, with the challenges of this devastating disease. Together with the non-profit organization ALSA z.s., we contributed to the creation of the specialized website ALS Guide, which provides clear and accessible information about treatment options and care. It also offers an equipment lending service, rehabilitation stays, expert consultations, and a dedicated help line. ALSA is the only organization of its kind in the Czech and Slovak Republics, and it has long provided comprehensive support to patients – from counseling to home visits by medical specialists. Awareness Campaign 1/10
In March 2019, we launched our first individual support program aimed at helping victims of traffic accidents.
Thanks to the success of the 1/10 campaign – and thanks to all of you – we managed to raise enough funds, and since 2019, the ONEMANSHOW Foundation has been providing real support to those in need.
